View the SAP Incompletion Log after the Transaction has been Saved

Problem : You have created a sales Transaction – say Quotation and have failed to fill-up some data because of which SAP has thrown up the incompletion log. However, since you did not have the data at the time of creation, you saved the transaction. However, when you go inside the transaction again, the system does not show you the missing information in the pop-up.

So, the essence of the problem is – How to view the incompletion log after the order has been saved ?

Solution : For example, in this quotation, the valid from and valid to is missing, but the system is not displaying any message when you open the quote in change or display mode.

Step 1 : Go to Edit -> Incompletion Log and you will be taken to the missing fields that need to be completely filled up.Step 2 : SAP will show the list of missing fields. You can select the fields and click on “Complete Data” to complete it
